Here in the Philippines, our Chicharon (or Chicharrones in your case) has a lot of varieties.
We have Tuna Chicharon, Chicken chicharon, and even vegetarian chicharon made of Peas, aside from the pork chicharon. Oh! And we have cholesterol-free chicharon as well.
