The best of our charcuterie program. Perfect for a casual cocktail party or small gathering.

May include smoked duck, guanciale, summer sausage, mortadella, roast beef, head cheese, duck sticks, terrine, polish sausage, and many other items. Please indicate any preferences.

 -Add a selection of locally produced cheese $75

A selection of artisan sausages with all the fixins! Fully cooked and ready to eat.

Accompanied by: ketchup, mustard, sauerkraut, and ACME buns.
