4505 Meats has been participating in this market for over two years now, offering plenty of meaty staples in addition to weekly rotating specials. Our customers have come to expect a certain level of flavor and quality, and that is what we strive to provide. From our hand crafted burger buns with shaved pecorino and scallions to our fresh, dry aged grass fed beef mix that we butcher and grind every week, we take our meat seriously!
Retail cuts of meat, fresh sausage, and other goodies are also available on a weekly basis. We love utilizing whole animals from local farms, and provide these fresh, high quality meats to our customers. Often times we post what’s available on the 4505 Meats online store, allowing you to pre-pay and pickup at the market without having to bring cash. Whether you are planning a dinner party of just need some staples for the week, our products are sure to fulfill your meaty needs!
