Cole Mayfield- Wholesale Operations Manager
Cole grew up in El Paso, Texas and legend has it, he makes a mean queso. Immediately before joining 4505, he was a personal chef and had before that been working in fine dining (with Ryan) in San Francisco. Cole has done pretty much anything from being Culinary Director to expert Chicharron Bagger during his time with 4505. In his free time he enjoys working on projects at home and continues to love and study all things gastronomical.
1) What is one of your earliest food memories?
Eating chips and salsa with a Coke float at my Grandmother’s house after school.
2) What is your favorite thing to eat at 4505 Meats?
The Cole Dog served at the Butcher Shop, naturally.
3) What is your spirit animal?
Some sort of “beast of burden.” I’m reliable, try not to complain much, get the job done and am sure footed.
