Andrew Ghetia- Area Director
Andrew Ghetia is the Area Director for 4505 Burgers & BBQ. Prior to that he was the Chef/GM. Andrew has been with 4505 Meats since 2013 (you may remember him cooking your burger at the Ferry Building as the Farmers’ Market Chef back in the day). The amazing Ferry Building Farmers’ Market influenced his culinary style, and with his experience down there, he was able to help Ryan open 4505 Burgers and BBQ.This Oklahoma native brings culinary experience from 10 years in New Mexico (including stints at La Boca as Chef de Cuisine and Harry’s Roadhouse as Co-Chef). Before settling out west, Andrew embarked on a 90 day, 1,500 mile, solo backpacking trip on the Pacific Crest Trail. It should come as no surprise that his ideal day off includes day hiking in the scenic Pt. Reyes National park. Andrew holds a degree in Philosophy and Mathematics from St. John's College in New Mexico.
1) What is one of your earliest food memories?
My earliest food memory is cooking Sunday roast chicken and homemade egg noodles with my mother.

I love the Best Damn Cheeseburger!
