Ingredients:

Ripe avocados, 3 large

White onion, 1/4 chopped

Serrano Chile, 1 chopped

Garlic Clove, 1 chopped

Fresh Lime Juice, 2T, or more to taste

Kosher Salt, 1t

Chopped Cilantro, ¼ C

Toasted Pepitas and 4505 Sea Salt Chicharrones (for serving)

 Method:

  • Smash avocados with a fork until coarsely mashed.
  • Fold in onion, chile, garlic, lime juice, salt and cilantro.
  • Taste for seasoning and add more lime or salt if needed.
  • Top with toasted pepitas, and serve along side a big bowl of pork rinds.
