Let me first say that I am a loyal customer who purchases 10 bags of your jalapeno cheddar pork rinds every week as they are a staple in my low carb diet. The flavors of the seasoning are amazing...when they are actually in the bag. However, for the past several weeks I have noticed significant quality control issues as not 1 bit of seasoning is in the bags about 70-90% of the time. Yes, 7-9 out of 10 bags each week are now plain, salty, and just ugh. I literally opened and threw out 9 bags last night for this issue. I don't know if your manufacturing is mislabeling plain pork rinds by putting them in the wrong bags. Or, if there are other quality issues with packaging. Unfortunately, at $3.99 bag + tax from my Publix...this is really frustrating and turning me away from your product.

I'm hoping there's been a mistake or something. I purchased a large bag of the Tajin flavor pork rinds and opened them to find a VERY small portion of actual food (less than half of the bag)in the large bag. I'm usually okay paying higher prices at Costco because it equates to larger portions per dollar. In this particular case I feel like I've been taken advantage of. Again, hopefully there's just been an innocent mistake in production.

Bought 2 bags of your Classic Chili and Salt Pork Rinds here in Asheville, NC and I'm glad I bought 2! Y'all have amazing taste with these so much so; I had write this review. At 00:44 AM here on Saturday going into Daylight Savings Time losing an hour that good. Keep up the great product I truly will be buying more and checking you out-
